DentaCalm™  Warranty

DentaCalm™ products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for 1 year. 

For 365 days following your DentaCalm™ purchase, if you experience a manufacturing defect that is covered under our warranty, we will offer a one-time replacement of the original size purchased.  There is no fee or deductible required. If the warranty claim happens during your 100-day trial period, the trial will be paused during shipment of the replacement blanket and the trial will resume upon delivery of the replacement DentaCalm™ blanket.

Your Responsibility

Please examine all items upon receipt. 

Any warranty, or implied warranty, is only valid for the original purchaser.  Please retain a copy of your receipt.  Original proof of purchase may be required upon a warranty request in order to identify and assess the warranty issue.

 Covered Not Covered
Any physical defect or flaw, despite normal usage and proper handling. Any stains, burns, tears, cuts, or damage resulting from use by customer or their environment
